ShoreLaugh offers a 30-day free return and refund policy for eligible products.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused, undamaged, and clean
  • In its original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and included parts

Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@shorelaugh.rest so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for products that show signs of heavy use, damage caused by misuse, missing accessories, or items not in their original condition.
